It's not how far you go, but how you go far! Yoga is not about obtaining a certain pose like one crossing a finish line in some race. It's about feeling the intensity of wherever you are in the pose. The feeling at the edge is the same for everyone no matter where you are. This is it -- mindful attention to where your edge is and how your mind speaks of this intensity. Cultivate breath, relax, strive for grace under fire. The goal is a life long practice of yoga.
